Low Calorie Butterbeer!

I started craving butterbeer the other day and threw together this recipe. It really cured my craving and now I seriously can’t stop drinking it. Regular butterbeer usually has at least 200 calories, and mine has a little less than 50.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of diet cream soda (I couldn’t find this anywhere so I used diet big red. Don’t worry, this will not cause a dramatic change in the overall taste)

1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut milk (or skim)

1 teaspoon of butterscotch flavored sugar free / fat free pudding mix

1 teaspoon of stevia (or other sweetener)

1/4 teaspoon of light butter 

1 tablespoon of fat free cool whip

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract or 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla whey protein powder (optional)


Directions
-Pour the milk and diet soda into a cup. 
-Add stevia and pudding mix. 
-Stir for about a minute. If you do not stir enough, the pudding mix could clump at the bottom of your cup. 
-Add cool whip and butter.
-Heat in microwave for about a minute (or until it’s as hot as you would like it)
-Enjoy!

*You can add more of whatever you like if you decide you think it would taste better. If you add more cool whip, butter, milk, or big red, I would re-heat your butterbeer.*
